This noise is a vacuum leak at the power brake vacuum booster due to a tear in the booster vacuum diaphragm, u should have this replaced ASAP, it the leak gets worse the brakes will become very hard to push and will limit your ability to make a safe and timely stop.

After oil change on 2010 mercury mariner I hear a whistle when i accellerate

Did you remove any plastic/metal splash shields under there to get to the oil plug/filter?
Make sure you put those back in correctly as they could catch air and make noise if put in wrong.

Other than that, I can't think of anything oil change related that would cause a whisteling sound.

My Ford Escape 2009 is making brief cracking sounds when starting to accelerate and when reaccelerating after taking the foot off the pedal while in motion. Curiously, the problems goes away for a while...

Service bulletin:
TSB 09-25-13: Some 2009-2010 Escape and Mariner vehicles equipped with a 6f35 automatic transmission may exhibit a single hoot noise on light acceleration from a stop.......the noise may be heard at the rear axle....this is a normal characteristic of the vehicle and does not affect transmission function and/or 4wd function or durability.

TSB's corrective action is to install a new transaxle drive chain which is eligible under the provision of a New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage

Hot water leaking on my foot (gas pedal) along with a sloshing water and sizzling noise.

Sounds like your heater core is leaking. Or the hoses connected to it.

When u press on the brakes on my expedition, i hear air escaping.

If it is a constant hiss with your foot on the pedal, you have a bad brake booster. If you hear a hiss, and nothing else while holding the pedal, it is the air escaping from the booster boot, and should not pose a problem.

Break failiure

Well sounds to me like you might have some moisture in the fluid which can cause the breaks to fail. Have your break system flushed totally out and refilled. Brake fluid is very touchy. If you leave brand new brake fluid bottle open for a few days it will draw moisture from the air and ruin the fluid.

Ford Escape wont run

Many possible things it could be but first thing I would check is your alternator. I would suggest that you get the car towed to somewhere like Aamco and they can run a free diagnostic for you.

Some models have a vacuum pump that operates at times. I believe it is to help provide more vacuum for the power assist brakes.

Does it happen when you are stopped, and you depress the brake pedal a few times? Does it happen when the engine is cold, or warmed up?
