I would recommend disconnecting it at the back of the radio if possible. I opened my wheelwell and found that the power antenna is hardwired, not a connector. I am now considering replacing it with a standard antenna to save money.

Obviously if fuse panel has a power antennae fuse, simply pull it, otherwise you may have to get to connector at motor by removing part or all of sheild in wheel well to access it in some cases. Only other option would be to remove radio from dash & disconnect antennae power wire from radio. Don't forget you want it up before disconnecting if you can.

How do I disconnect antenna motor on a 1988 Delta 98? Is there a fuse I can remove?

I think the antenna motor is in the trunk. You should be able to just unplug the electrical connector.

Is there a fuse for a 1985 delta 88 power antenna

Depends. Is this factory or aftermarket? If factory... just the standard fuse in the fuse panel under the sah. Should be a red 15A. If aftermarket... there should be an inline fuse on the orange wire coming from the antenna.

Power antenna on my oldsmobile 88 will not shut off and the antenna is up it even runs without the ignition on

Fault is within the power antenna unit. Needs replacement. If you dont mind the mast being up, it can be disconnected , in order to stop the motor running. Car washes will damage the mast in the event it stays up. Hope this helps.
