After starting my truck I will lose all electrical. Nothing works, lights, flashers, doorlocks etc. I have disconnected the battery and that seems to work. The problem seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions as to why?
Could be a defective pcm (computer) also bad grounds can wreak havoc on electrical systems check engine light on before this happened??

yes, the check engine light would go on for a couple of days then off for a period of time. The losing power problem seems to have gone away, for now everything appears to be running almost normally.
