Question about 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab
When wipers are turned on drivers side works fine,but passanger side tries to go up ,it barely moves.when you turn them off it homes to low,drivers side homes where it should.thanks
Yes, it sounds like the wiper arm mounting hole is worn out. The shaft the wipers mount on are hardend so it is unlikely that is worn out. Pull the wiper arm and inspect the mounting hole for the lack of mating grooves, if so, replace arm.

You may want to check the wiper arm and the wiper arm post the groves that hold it tight may be worn out
