Question about 1994 Chrysler Concorde
My 1994 chrysler concorde has a horrible jolt when in downshifts to 1st gear. It feels like the tranny is going to fall out of the car. I recently topped off my fluid and i'm wondering if the new fluid could cause that or if i overfilled a little.I had one shop tell me it needed a rebuild at the cost of $1500.00 1994 with 112,000. He mentioned the low reverse something. I have no clue what that meant. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanx.
You might call another shop and ask them about a detenete cable that helps the tranny shift..it wouldnt take a complete rebuild to fix a hard downshift if its something as simple as a detente cable
