If its happening as the transmission is downshifting .. you may want to bring it to a local dealer and have the controller reprogram for that problem ..most dealers will reflash it for free since it is covered under 8year 80k federal emissions

I need to replace the serpentine belt on my 2003 Dodge Caravan SE, but I cannot find anything on the web on how to do it in detail.

Depending on which engine you have, its pretty simple.
You pull up or push down on the tensioner pulley to release the belt, then take it off.
Make sure you have a diagram of the belt routing before you remove it.

My 2003 dodge caravan is slowing down at stops when heat, radio, lights are on. I replaced alternator and its still doing it. What could it be

Was the battery checked, if not check if for any dead cells., and make sure its taking a charge. A bad or weak belt tensioner may be causing the problem.

I have a 03 doge neon se and everytime i slowdown it jerks at about 25 mph. why is it doing this could it be the the transmission

replace the transmission oil and filter. afterwards disconnect the negative battery cable and reconnect after about 20 min. if there is no damage inside the transmission, this should sort it out.

Have a 2003 SE Dodge Caravan. Today in the afternoon when I was coming back from grocery store I noticed a red light on the upper right hand of my dashborad. it appears with a symbol for high temperature....

You are overheating. Check antifreeze level and Relays for the cooling fan. Also the temperature sensor which activates the relays could be bad.

What happen when pcm starts to go bad

Not sure exactly, but I just replaced mine about 5 days ago. Mine was driving along fine and suddenly started sputtering and stalling out. Would only go about 30mph, wouldnt shift out of 1st. It was blowing black smoke out the exhaust. I had a mechanic diagnose it as being a bad computer. After I replaced it, I still had the same problems. After further research I discovered that a common problem in the 2003 caravans is the fuel rail harness. (connects the injectors to the main wiring harness) Right where the two harnesses connect, the wires are right above the intake manifold. The wires melt and short out. Hope this helps.

How do you remove the spare tire of a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan SE?

Under the carpet in the back hatch there's a cutout & you use a 19mm or the factory lug tool to lower it down. Turn it counterclockwise to lower it.
