Question about 2001 Saturn SL
I was run off the road by another car in my 97, hit the curb and I ended up replacing the sub-frame, control arms, cv shaft and roll (anti-sway) bar. great cars but the the sub-frames are very light duty and unless its a minor bend you may as well search the salvage yards for another....

I would get a second opinion but yes you can tweek a component a small amout but still take it out of adjustment range. You normally wouldn't replace a frame but would have it straightened by a professional body shop. It may be prudent to involve the insurance company
