Question about 1988 Buick LeSabre

In response its the starter they gave me at the parts house that they pulled up on their computer. not to sound stupid but can you please tell me where to find the ground wire and the live wire? my husband usually does the repairs but he's temporarliy unable to be with us.

There is a thick red wire which bolts onto the starter(battery lead).
There is usually a thinner red wire as well, which just pushes on a small tag(ignition lead).
Make sure they are nice and tightly fastened and clean connections.
The earth wire is usually black and is bolted down with one of the starter bolts. Again, make sure the connections are clean.
