Question about 2007 Dodge Caravan SXT Minivan New Cars
The car is a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. The toggle switches on either of the doors do not work. The key fob causes the lights to blink and the horn to beep however the locks do not respond. The diagram on the inside cover of the fuse/relay cabinet is of no help. Thank you for any hint of where the problem may be.
There is a bug in their body control module software. This event will typically rear it's ugly head after 40,000 miles. I'm hearing that simply updating the BCM software will fix the problem. Only a dealer can do this. And you thought MicroSoft was bad. NTSB will wait until someone dies before addressing this problem.

It is likely that it is a relay.... one for remote or the power doors. you may want to check the fuse/relay panel located in the engine compartment near the battery.
Please take a moment to rate this solution... thanks
