Re: ABS and TC light is on
If ABS light stays on when you are driving means the computer in you car has seen a problem with the anti lock brake system and has shut it off until it is repaired. The TC light can also come on and stop working. There is testing that will need to be done to find out what the problem is.

If the speedo and odometer are not working it could be the speed sensor in the transmission. And the speed sensor could also knock out the ABS and traction control systems. Have you had the body computer scanned for trouble codes ?
make sure your sensor is aligned properly check your connections have you driven the car since you changed sometimes you need to drive the vehicle to reprogram the speed sensor into the abs circuit these are fused circuits check your fuses
ABS = Anti-lock Brake System. TC = Traction Control System (Engine Control Module). If the ABS lights on the dashboard permanently the ABS system is faulty. You must access the ABS & TC Electronic Control Units (ECU) memory for pull out all DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), using diagnostic equipment connected to the data link connector of the car. Then you will be full informed about bad pieces (e.g.: front right wheel abs sensor interrupted, ...). After bad pieces replacement you will be able to erase all faults memored by ABS ECU, in other words reset the ABS system and turn off the warning lamp on dashboard. I suspect bad brake pedal switch, but you should scan the ABS & TC ECU's.
tc stands for traction control and usually means that something in the system is not in order, say like a wheel speed sensor. However, if the abs light goes on at the same time, it's usually a wheel speed sensor somewhere.
This could be a module or a wire to the wheel speed sensor on the tc side.
Get an ABS Brakescan Tool, like an Actron OBD-II ABS Brakescan tool to help to diagnose what is wrong.
No need to worry, If you need to wait a while to get it fixed it won't make your van unsafe to drive. What more than likely happened is one of your ABS wheel sensors quit working on you. If you know someone with a Snap On Scanner with the ABS reader cartrage, you can find out wich one is not working. Untill then, you can safely drive, just keep in mind if you do slam on your brakes in the snow or ice, they will lock. It would be like driving an older vehicle without ABS. Anyway, no harm will come to you or your van because of the light on.
Hope this helps!
We were having this problem...have your wheel bearing checked out. There was a sensor in the drivers side wheel bearing...once we replaced it (because it was going out) the ABS and Traction Control warning lights stopped coming on.
