If its the turbo thats gone you will be using a lot of oil ! beware the engine can run on its own and will not turn off with the ign key if its running on hot oil under pressure....

White smoke coming out of my tail pipe and my temperature gauge goes pass half in my 1999 Chevy malabu.it runs good

White smoke usually means oil in the mixture somewhere. Could be a head gasket issue. I'd see a local mechanic.

I thing there is the compressor wrong. If the power is changing when a smoke is coming from the tail pipe means- COMPRESSOR.Just mention - oil is also type of fuel, but coming blue smoke at the back.Worst-white smoke. That is really bat

White smoke is coming out of the tail pipe when first started and idling but goes away at road speed. when the car is shut off and restarted smoke comes out again

some of the time when a vehicle sits over night or for several hours you will get some water vapor that looks like white smoke until the vehcile warms up the cats on the exhaust system. Double check coolant level make sure it is where it should be if not I would say you have a head gasket problem and you need to have it fixed.

Yes, could be related to oil change, using incorrect oil or low oil level. What color is the smoke?
