Question about 1999 Volkswagen Golf
I have i 1993 VW golf, and as i was getthing off the highway i pushed in the clutch and when i took my foot off the clutch the petal never came back up, so i powershifted the car home and apent hours looking for the problm but i cant find any thing that would stop the cluch from springing it self back to its normal engaged state, so do you have any idea what would cause it
If it is a hydraulic clutch system,,then you have a failure of the hydraulic clutch system, if its a cable,,then either the cable has snapped inside the harness or at either end,,or has become disconnected at the clutch release arm.
