Get into the vehicle and close door.Turn key on then engine off, move gear shifter to nuetral, the air suspension compressor should then turn on, put back into park then get out of vehicle with key still on and close the door. Compressor will turn off while door is open but wil start back up after door is closed. Now you can walk around the vehicle and listen for a leak. You can use a soapy water solution to pinpoint it.

The air suspention pump is not working

Use a test light to the air suspension pump to see if it is getting current. I assume that the rear end is sagging a bit as far as ride height, due to the pump not working. Also, may try to remove and replace pump, assuming that's the problem, and then when the rear air shocks pump up, make sure there are no leaks after shutting down the vehicle.

Also, make sure that the shut off switch for the suspension isn't flipped to 'off.'

Looking for any fuses or relays for air bag suspension where would some be located

Generally the switch to turn off/on the air suspention is located inside a side compartment at the rear of the vehicle. Before lifting a car with air suspention, you have to turn it off to keep it from being damaged. find the switch and see that it is turned on. The owners manual tells where the fuses and relays are located.

The back air bags wont stay up

the lincoln continental has a central air bladder that controls the rear suspention. This bladder is prone to wear and will leak, and eventualy fail. Pelminary exam of the air compressor and listening for air leaks around the back of the car after its off will hopefully yeld the issue. When it comes down to it, it can be cheeper to convert the rear to regular springs, there are many kits avalible to do so.
