Question about 1999 Volkswagen Passat
How do I check or replace the dash lights for the climate control dash backlighting ?
Are these lights on a circuit that may have bad fuse? How do I access the area - RIP trim piece off of the dash?? LOL or gently pry until it breaks? LOL
Thanks in advance

Grab and pull straight off. bulb is in there....

Testimonial: "It was very helpful, thank you so much. i was starting to sweat, thinking of buying another CCU n replacing this one, but now i dont, thanks!!!!"
You need to pull off the knob and get a pair of really thin needle nose pliers in there to extract the bulb. Match the bulb up at a parts store or the deal and install opposite of removal.
