Question about 2006 Ford Mustang
Occasionally, the car acts like the battery is dead. The battery tested fine. Also, if I wait for a few minutes the car will start just fine. I thought it might be a loose ground, but that is not the problem. I cleaned and tightened every ground I could find. Also, from time to time while driving down the road the odometer will stop illuminating. The check engine light is not on. When the car won't start, I jumpstart it.
You said you cleaned the grounds did you also clean the positive side of the battery ? The starter is ok because you said that when you jump it it starts up fine .. check your battery posts again .. thanks Jerry holler if you need more help
