Hate to tell you this but its time to replace both window regulators with motors .. i would look it up on ebay and buy both of them and take it to a body shop and have them installed .. thanks Jerry holler if you need more

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel
and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and
disconnect the wiring for your controls and mirror. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror assembly onto the door
i also replaced my window on a camaro first you have to pop all the plastic circular notches out under the material closest to the door , remove the vinyl ( or leather ) unscrew the all the screws so you can see a opening of the interior of the door and pop the screws out of the window connecting to the hinges and you should be able to pull the window out the trick is actually re-aligning the hinges with the proper holes its best to do that part with two people it takes some patience but can be done im pretty sure theres a camaro guy around somewhere (always is) if not , may be frustating i suggest put it in the shop , this requires a flathead screwdriver , a pliers of some sort to yank the window out if it falls , and a star screwdriver
pull off the door panel and make sure the motor is turning and there is nothing blocking the window from going up or down the motor might be burnt out but the switch is still clicking the relay on and make sure you spray the gears and window wires not the electrical wire with white lithium greese
if the motor is working fine and i could be some rivits missing that hold your track up and in place for the window to operated properly check that see if there is any broken pieces lying in the bottom of your door.
