Hi if fuse keeps popping when you turn on the key then you have a hot wire touching a ground.

That fuse ECM B also power's the fuel pump an fuel injectors ! It the under hood fuse / relay box ,pull out the fuel pump relay then put fuse ECM B back in an see if it still blows , You could have a shorted injector or fuel pump or the relay !

L999 Chevy Cavalier keeps blowing fuses and won't start

you have a SERIOUS electrical problem. - '.
BUT which fuses keep blowing - that is where we need to start.
1. is it the ignition circuit. - - does starter motor turn over when you trun the key.
2. is it the starter relay circuit.
3. is it the starter motor circuit.
4. is it the computer circuit. - - do you have fuel pumping to the engine and cylinders.
5. none of the above. - - do you have spark at the spark plugs.

Electrical burning smell and smoke under dash when driving then died wont start back up, heard a pop, all fuses and relays are good i have spark and fuel in rail, is the computer dead?

check the ignition starter switch 1st, it is the main switch that the ignition key truns on to power up the electrical system, it is on the top of the steering column tube near the bottom, it is driven by a rod from the ign key cylinder

sounds like you have a short to voltage or a short to ground. inspect your wiring system very closely looking for exposed wires good luck!!!

Turn signals dont work but flashers do what do i do

Check in fuse panel area for a second flasher. Usually 1 for hazard, & 1 for signals. If signals don't illuminate at all when signals on, check for fuse in panel.

Fuel pump

can I call you or you call me I can explain better
The ASD relay that supplies power to the uel pump only sullplies power to 2 seconds after you turn the key on then it truns off so you have to check for power immediately after you trun on the key you need two (2) people.
