No, I'm sorry MLM, but nobody can tell you where the switch is because there isn't one.
The "Fuel Inertia Switch" is found only on Ford products.
Chevy's don't have that safety feature.
I can help you with the missing owners manual though!
General Motors has an Owners Resource Center site that will allow owners to download (free) a digital version of their owners manuals.
The manuals are in pdf format so it is easy to save it to your computer for future reference
