No, I'm sorry MLM, but nobody can tell you where the switch is because there isn't one.

The "Fuel Inertia Switch" is found only on Ford products.
Chevy's don't have that safety feature.

I can help you with the missing owners manual though!
:-)
General Motors has an Owners Resource Center site that will allow owners to download (free) a digital version of their owners manuals.
The manuals are in pdf format so it is easy to save it to your computer for future reference

Here is the link to that site:

My 1994 chevy blazer won't fire.

No. Only Ford products have an inertia switch for the fuel pump. Chances are your fuel pump is too weak or not working at all. Most GM trucks require 65psi of fuel pressure to start, 70psi when cold.
Will it start by using starting fluid sprayed into the intake ?

Need to know where to locate the reset switch for the fuel pump on a 2000 chevy z sr2 blazer

This vech. does not have a reset switch for the fuel pump. Unlike Ford Motor Company that uses a inertia fuel cutout switch.

I have replaced the fuel pump amongst a lot of other things. I can spray gas or starting fluid in the throtal body and it will run rough untill the fumes ware out. Its a 1995 ford explorer 4x4 xlt

If you hear the fuelpump operate the first 1 or 2 seconds when the key is turned to RUN position, the fuelpump is working. If you do not hear the fuelpump run, check the Inertia switch which should be in the side panel of the rear cargo area. If you have an owners manual check for the Inertia switch location.

To reset the Inertia switch, hold the button on it for 2-3 seconds. You should now hear the pump run. You may also have a fuelpump relay under the hood in one of the Powerboxes. The Powerbox may have a fusible link from the Battery. When the fusible link is OK and the Pump Relay is OK, there is a fuse in the Fuse panel. Then finally the Ignition switch will trip the Pump relay. As power flows through the wire to the fuelpump the Inertia switch can break the power connection.

So you have 5 powerpoints before the fuelpump will work. Fusible link, Pump Relay, Fuse Panel, Ignition Switch, and Inertia switch. These must all work before the fuelpump can run.

No power to fuel pump. The relay is working.

Check your fuel pump inertia switch. Most of them are located behind the panel in the passenger floor board (it has a red button on it just hold down for a few seconds with your ignition switch on ) but you can call your local chevy dealer and they will tell you exactly where its located in yours.
