The passenger side airbag arning light has been a problem with this year of Cayenne among many other concerns. They determined it was a fault in the seat belt receiver or the wire leading to it. You need to remove the seat and take apart the receiver. You may need to replace the receiver if you can't find a problem with the wiring. Good luck.
You need to take it to a shop to have the fault code read. When that light is on the airbag system is deactivated, so don't wait too long to get it looked at.
