What capacitors are in a 2007 mazda 3 touring 2.3l 5spd. Automatic tcm?

There are plenty of them. They are tan, brown, purple , and white in color. Finding bad one is the really fun part. My guess is there are 200+ in just one TCM/PCM.

I need the correct part number for a TCM for a 2008 Mazda 3 sport 2.3 liter

Please type in "e-bay" to your search engine.
Once you get that, type in: 2006, 2007, 2008 Mazda 6 2.3 L, and look for the listing by: mrkbergerparts.
He has listed the module you need and also all the interchange numbers you will need as well.
God bless your efforts.

Clean corrosion if any found,Step 1 Take out your battery, Step 2 take out your battery box and its holder the whole thing, Step 3 Locate your TCM it is a small little box on top of your Transmission it has 1 small wiring harness, Step 4 take out the bolts from the TCM it should be 3 Bolts Number 10 Socket Step 5 Unplug the wiring harness, and your done!

I had my 2004 Mazda Rx8 get an Engine Diagonistic@ Advance Auto & I got this code which I cannot decipher U0100-lost comm. with Engine control/Power Train Engine control Mod A.Could yiu please explain...

Codes that begin with the letter U are always communication fault codes between modules in a CAN system. They are basically to be ignored unless a problem is occuring. This is because all of the control modules in your car ( and there are a bunch of them ) are all communicating to each other and sending information between each other on one set of wires called a "twisted pair" Due to the high volume of infomation being sent and received there is the invevitable time when a message will be sent from one module to another and it is lost or not responded to in a timely manner (meaning in milliseconds) When this occurs then a U0100 or other comm fault code is stored.

06 mazda 6 battery was crossed polarized, however the TCM fuse blew and we were able to start the car. Now the car shifts hard and will not shift out of third it seems. Any suggestions,? is the TCM fried?

Sounds like you may have fried the tcm I would go to car-parts.com and get a good used one. You could check and see if there is any fuses that you blew out that control the tcm if you have a manual for the car you can look at a wiring diagram and find out what fuses are associated with the tcm if not check them all.
