if the bolt itself is broke try getting it off with a pair of vice grips if the bolt sticks out enough otherwise you could take it to a welding shop and have them weld a nut onto the bolt so you could get it out and go to the dealer and buy a new one.

use the key in passernger door and lock it then do the same on driverside then go back to the passenger side and unlock with key then driverside this wil reset the alarm and the vehicle should start.

It could have switches on the door latches inside each door. A connector may be loose or its a bad switch. Could also be a broken wire in the rubber boot that goes from each door to the body.
