uhhh...fuel filter???? the rest of the maintenance in a 30, 60, or 90K service??? plugged injectors, weak fuel pump, secondary ignition breakdown, TP sensor?? you have alot of years on it. any codes stored in memory????

R15 and R16 refers to relay POSITIONS. These relay positions in your 2001 Ford Focus are located in the battery junction block. (see lower right of diagram below)

In this case, relay position R15 is used for the Engine Cooling Fan Relay (Level 2, A/C) and fuse position R16 is used for the Engine Cooling Fan Relay (Level 1).

There's one underneath your hood by the firewall right next to your driver's side front strut mount. The other one is underneath the dash on the driver's side and has an access cover

There are no grub screws on focus drums,you have to undo the four bolts behind the drum to release it,it then comes off wheel bearing and all.

relays are found usually under the bonnet (hood) and up near the bulkhead (firewall). But cant be sure as you have not given me year, model, engine.

there is not a relay , I had same problem and found out that its called a resister . the location is behind glove box , and to the left of the blower motor housing . look for a blue box with about 6 wires plugged into it . It has one screw holding it in , that the resister it is 39.99 @ auto zone and it will have to be ordered Please leave feed
