Question about 1998 Ford Contour
There should be a Maxi-fuse for this circuit. If the smaller fuse for the blower is good, but not showing positive potential, check all the larger plastic fuses, called maxi fuses. One of these should be at fault. They are all labelled in cover diagram, or in owner's manual. If these are all good, and you have no power to the fuse, you could have a burnt fusible link; but this should disable more than one accessory. Hope this helps!
