Ck the charge rate at the battery posts. The proper range is 23.6 to 14.2v , The higher the voltage the llower the amps. Ie; at 13v Alternator is about 10% under capacity. @ 12v it is charging at max capacity. @ 15 v isthe alt is not charging but frying your battery. 9amps is ok if battery is fairly charged but at start up it should sit on 13-13.6 volts. for about 15 seconds the start climbing to less charge towards 14.2.

Power windows not working and car will not start checked fuses and relays they were fine

some fuses have tiny cracks, use a DMM meter and check them for
continuity. and state those things that have power and what dont.
that combined, evidence s, makes the failed path clear to any tech.

My car battery keeps getting drained, i changed the alternator twice we checked the fuses as well, the alternator is fine and fuses our fine the battery is new but is drained, please help

You need to put an AMP Meter in series with either battery cable, and then look for a circuit not timing out, after you remove the key.
May take 20 minutes.
Anything over 40 Milli-Amps is too much
Start pulling fuses one at a time, to find circuit, then you need a wiring schematic of complete vehicle to find problem.

I always purchase shop manuals and wire diagrams, as soon as I buy a new vehicle. Will need owners manual -for fuses.

My partner has a 2006 suzukie forenza and just

This process takes (2) people to do easily. Once the battery is charged again from a charger or jump start, with the car off, open the hood with all the doors closed and disconnect the positive (RED) side of the battery using a wrench (many are 10mm). If you then touch the battery terminal back to the positive post of the battery you will likely see a small spark. That means something in the car is killing your battery. If not (no small spark) then you have an alternator problem. By taking needle nose pliers and removing and replacing each fuse in the fuse block individually and doing the aforementioned spark test, pulling ONE of those fuses will likely show NO spark when you touch the battery terminal to the battery. Once you have found that, you have found the circuit which is draining your battery. Look in the owners manual to find what that fuse is for. That will GREATLY narrow down your search to whatever is causing your problem.

VW beetle battery runs down

Take out the battery and have it tested. Test should show what is wrong with it. If it is too old, then you are in for a new battery.

Look for a blown or bad fuse. You will need a test light or a meter to do this. Look in your owners manual for locations.

Battery draining fast

I would check the alternator again, it apparently isn't charging the battery with engine running. You need a volt meter or amp meter to test this. Also does the battery discharge when the car is not running?
