sounds like it may have an exhaust leak, rusted pipe or gasket that has rotted out, lift car off ground and look at the exhaust system and the power steering may be low on fluid. Hope this answered you questions.

Sound like a vacuum line is either off somewhere or has a hole in it. Try to pinpoint your problem by (carefully) getting close to where the noise is coming from with your ear
