Question about 2008 Chrysler 300 Touring
Not everytime, but sometimes, when you go to start my car, it sounds like the key is stuck trying to start the car, and will not start. You have to turn it off and start it again, and it does just fine. The dealer has replace the WIN module twice, and then the starter and it is still doing it. They tell me they have never heard of this, and that Chrysler says there is nothing else they can do. Help

SOURCE: The car cranks but won't start
Ok, check the following below--
1. Check the Ignition control Module for its operational value. it may be damaged.
2. Check the coils.
3. Check the plugs and wires.
4. Check the ECM/PCM/ECU(All represent the same device that is commonly known as the engine control computer)
Check these areas thoroughly for faults. I would also advise to replace the fuel filter and fuel pump as well.

check to see if the brake lights come on it may be a problem with a brake switch under the dash not letting the shift lock release. there may be a seperate switch just for it so check and see it there is two switches touching the brake pedal lever if the brake lights come on.
