Not sure I follow your question.
The alternator charges the battery so it would not have a direct effect on the blower motor.
If the blower motor is not working, the problem could be the blower motor, a fuse or relay, the resistor if equipped, or the controller on the dash.

the ventilation system of this vehicle has a drain. This may have been plugged from debris that lays in the cowl. I would suggest on your next oil change to have the mechanic clean the drain hose underneath the car.

SOURCE: 2004 chrysler pacifica starts to

some temperature increase in traffic is normal, the car is equipped with electric cooling fans the on-board computer tracks the engine temperature and when the temperature gets over 222 degrees it will turn on the cooling fans and when the temperature drops below 199 degrees it will turn the fans off, most cars wile driving at speed will not need the fans on because there is enough air coming threw the grill of the car with out the fans to maintain the engine temperature below 222 degrees, but when you slow down and get into traffic there is not enough air coming threw the grill to maintain the engine temperature below 222 degrees so the computer will turn on the cooling fans. as long as the temperature does not go over around 230 degrees wile driving in traffic the car is fine but if the temperature goes over 230 degrees then you need to check the electric cooling fan system, it could be that there is a bad fan motor or fan relay.

let the car idle until it is over 222 degrees and make sure the fans cycle on and off if not have the fan motors tested.

please let me know if there is any thing else i can do for you.

Hey I have a 04 pacifica and one day my ac stopped working so I took it to aamco. they told me the blower motor resistor went. Its cost my 290.17 for parts and labor. 20mins later after leaving aamco it stopped working again. So I shut the unit off n powered the ac unit back on and it worked, then 2mins later the ac shut off again. so I turned it back on low speeds n its continue to turn off on lower speed now aamco is telling me its the ac unit inside of the car. Can somebody help me email me at pacifica0411@gmail.com plz only email me if u have a solution to my problem

Pacifica has a gas smell inside car

On a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica, I found a plastic line connecting the fuel line coming from the tank to the fuel rail. This line was leaking . Because it was located very close to the HVAC system, that explained the gas smell inside the car.

Fan blowing but not overheating

That shouldnt be a problem. I have a 99 Sebring and it does the same thing. it has never overheated. if it is only blowing small amounts of heat you should be alright. and the fan is blowing to prevent the car from overheating.
having a heater running will help a car from overheating, it actually helps cool the engine.
