If you put handle bar riser on it its pulling the oil cable all the time. Make sure throttle cable is NOT TIGHT. That will cause extreme oiling. If cables are nice and lose and oil marks are lined exactly straight inline the oil pump its self is bad. But cable check first to make sure they are not tight even steering both ways left and right. They can not het tight while turning

I replaced the head bolts on a 300F ski-doo tundra what does the head get torqued at? I'm thinking not more than about 60/lbs

the specs say 21-22 ft/lbs. go google and type in ski-doo head torque specs
there is a page that shows the sequence for tensioning and the procedure
there are other pages and the tension is around the same figure.
At 60 I would say that you will strip the threads out of the block section.

Make sure the timing marks are aligned, or the system has not been disturbed (if that's the way you fly). Starting at the crank, work counter-clockwise keeping tension on the belt. So, crank to oil pump, around idler pulley, around camshaft, and behind the tensioner arm/pulley. NOTE: this is for the 2.4l SOHC 4G64 engine

Where does the transmission fluid go

The automatic transmission fluid is added through the hole that the dipstick fits into on the end of the tranny. It is recommended that you do a complete change of the fluid at 40,000 mile intervals for the tranny to shift correctly. You need a long funnel and my owners manual for 1994 eagle summit ES says 6.3 quarts of ATF+3. If it's a manual tranny you use 75w-90 GL4 hypoid gear oil 1.9 Quarts.
