If you mean the drain plug for the motor crankcase, you might stick a screwdriver or wire or something like that in and our of the hole until the motor oil runs out.
If the transmission drain plug, same answer.
If the radiatror drain plug, try taking the radiator cap off and blow air into the drain with an air hose gently to open it. (NOT high pressure so you don't damage the radiator).
Be Blessed.

Drain plug on a 2002saab a\c unit.

All A/C units drain water and need a clear path to drain water. If window unit the unit MUST lean to the outside so the condensation water can drain that direction and insure the drain hole is clear of debree. If an indoor central a/c unit the drain must be clogged the unit is leaning away from drain or the pipe going to the drain is clogged somewhere as it exits house. Cant drain if doesn't have a clear path to do it's job. Doubt it's a problem with the brand.

Driver side floor board wet

It depends, is it antifreeze or clear water? It could be condensation from the ac. Sometimes you can get under the vehicle and use a probe in the drain. It would probably be the best to clean out from inside, if that is the problem?

I am getting water into the passenger side floorboard of my 1999 toyota celica convertible

there is a drain for the heater air box to drain moisture onto the ground. it should drain water when your using your air conditioning as well. its located outside on the passenger side on the lower firewall under the hood. they do get plugged from time to time. you will need to check and make sure its not plugged and can usually only see it from under the car. also make sure your air intake screen by the wipers is not plugged with debris.

Air conditioner is working in my 2007 edge but water dripping from dashboard and when I turn you can hear water moving around from behind the dash.

Check the drain hoses. If you are getting water inside the cabin, namely on the passenger side, then you have a clogged or crimped drain hose.

Feel around the passenger side front foot well for wet carpet. Inspect all the hoses and drain plugs to make sure you remove the clog.

Is my drain plug clogged on my 2006 ford f150

same problem as??? is it water or coolant??? does it have any smell?usually if drain is clogged you may have water on the passenger floor board. you may take a wire or compressed air and clear the drain, if a LOT of water comes out, you have fixed it.

Where is the water drain plug for a 2006 hyundai sonata?

Does this vehicle have a Sun/Moon Roof? The 'water pan' as you call it, is not equipped with a 'plug.' It's part of the Sun/Moon roof assy. the problem is most likely the drain tube (perhaps misrouted) from the roof to the outside of the vehicle (drain alley). The drain tubs are located behind the head-liner at 4 corners of the assy. Otherwise, the leak you describe is possibly being caused by a windshield leak.

99 boxster sometimes get flooded

The drain plugs under the rear convertable top sometimes get clogged with debris. When these drain plugs get clogged the water will run into the car and flood the floor boards. The best way to get to the drain plugs is to open the top halfway. Then walk to the rear of the car and look under where the rear top covered. There is are two drain plugs that are above each rear wheel well.
