Question about BMW X3 Series
Radio goes dead at intermittent times. Removed radio fuse and reinstalled and radio comes back on, then goes dead at an a later time could be weeks before it shuts down again. This is a replacement radio fro original inder warranty. not under warranty now.

yep just ring or pop into any bmw dealer with the full chassis/vin number & if the car is in your name they should be able to give to you.

most new BMW's the fuse block is located behind the glove box. There should be a pair of twist plastic fastners at the back of the glove box, twist and remove the plate and you should find the fuse box and fuse locater list.

I had the same problem. disconnect the battery cables. then reconnect them. this will reset the cd player and it should relaese all your cd player problems.
this happened twice to me and the above worked fine both times.

Yes, replacing the #9 fuse in the fuse box under the glove box seemed to do the trick (Front Accessory Socket). Thank you!!
2008 Pilot...radio was dead...radio fuse was fine.
