these cars have i issue of the knobs breaking in the back try switching the blower knob with it and see if it works as far as the clock they are not tied together most likely the bulb is burned out stick a small screw driver under it pull down the clock pops out you will be able to see the bulb

1. pry out carefully the clock out, and remove its connectors
2. take out the screw behind the clock, and the 2 screws facing south below the center dash fascia
3, pull out the fascia (takes some force)
4. remove the 2 plug connectors of the climate control
5. look for the bulbs backside on the rear of the climate control, they look like a black plastic disc, smaller than a dime

Simple take out the 2 wires that come to the thermo fan switch,then connect the 2 wires together,then the work is done ,then as you start the engine the fan will work constantly.

You will need to replace the blend door actuator. What happened is the little plastic gear in the actuator has broke and now the vent will not open the door that controls the vent. Click on the link below to view the part you will need:
