On some alternator mounts there is a bush in the hole (Engine part) that can be moved in or out to allow the alternator to fit in easily. You will see it as aprotrusion at the mount point. tap it out slightly and see if you can fit the alternator more easily. When you tighte up the bolt the bush will be moved to tahe uo the clearence as it tightens up. leave the adjuster bolt out while you fit yhe alternator as it will caUSE DIFFICULTY IN LINING UP THE MOUNT HOLES

Is there a water system diagram available for a honda ballade 150 luxline 1998?

There is definitely no valve there - the only pressure relief valve would be inside the radiator cap. What you see is leakage from a water pump bolt or from the water pump itself. You could try applying a waterproof sealant to that bolt, but it's tricky - allow the engine to cool FULLY, then remove the bolt and hold your finger over the bolthole while a helper applies sealant to the bolt threads. Quickly put the bolt back in the hole so you don't lose very much coolant, tighten the bolt again.

If that doesn't do it, then the leak is really coming from the front seal of the water pump - meaning the water pump needs to be replaced.

Im trying to replace an ac compressor cluth with a bypass but cant find anything that tells me how

The major autoparts stores sell a bracket which uses the same boltholes as the old A/C compressor. It has a free-wheeling pulley and should use the same belt.
There are a few potential problems, I see, which may be noticeable in engine idle speed. When A/C worked, or Defroster, the drag of the compressor running was to be offset by a bump in the RPM to offset drag. You will need to tidy up the loose hoses to keep them from dangling in the engine compartment.

Alternator not charging...took off had checked...said it was fine,...replaced battery and next day same problem ....cant find an in line fuse anywhere .

Sounds to me like a loose battery connection, there wont be a line fuse for an alternator, if not a loose lead, then possibly a broken earth strap onto the engine, check security and condition of all battery leads, and eliminate any corrosion on battery terminals

Cant find the voltage regulator anywhere? Can you please help. 1991 b350 van dodge

not like the old days it does not have an external regulator-it is integral with the alternator now, use a digital voltage meter to read the output at the rear of the alternator (large post)-is should be about 14.2 volts.
