Regardless if it's mounted normally ... if you can't plug it in it's of no use really... is there a cord that you can plug in ?

The oil is mixing with the water in my pontiac sunbird 1994, what can I do?

If you have overhead cam(s), it's probably a cracked head or blown head gasket. the head will have to come off and be tested for cracks.
If your cam is not overhead, a cracked engine block is likely. :o(

I cant find the block heater on my car

first... you have found the cord for it right. it's usually mounted on the side of the block. if that motor is in sideways it's on the side toward the firewall... it's round as well

Can not find block heater cord on Dodge Neon 2002

Generally, block heaters are found on vehicles sold and used in colder Northern states... If your car came from elsewhere, you may need to install one!
