It could be that your radiator is clogged up. The temperature in my truck went considerable down and has stay that way after I changed the radiator. See if cleaning it with pressure water helps.

No power to fuel pump, checked from circuit opening relay to efi relay power good to ther. where does it go next

from the relays it goes to the sending unit, i am about 80 percent sure, i haven't done a toyota pickup pump in a while, there could be a corroded connection at the top of the sending unit itself or the harness to the actual pump is no good.

Electric fan

the purpose of an elec. fan vs man belt driven is a man. belt driven fan robs the motor of power. electric does not. and yes it does turn on and off via a signal from the temp sending unit, located close to your thermostat housing, either on the intake manifold itself or the side of eng. block or head, it will have only 1 or 2 wires to it.

My heat gauge quit working on my '91 Toyota 6cyl. engine. Is there a fuse for this? Where would I find it if so?

Is the Fuel gauge reading properly?
If so, the fuse is not blown; they are on the same circuit.

If the fuel gauge works, I would guess that you may have a bad temperature sending unit.
