Chrysler 300 Hemi 2005

Car Radio and Navigation is malfunctioning. I can't switch from radio to CD, its one or the other, and Navigation is completely blank. When its freezing outside, its comes back on, and works normal for a few minutes. Fuse issue maybe?

SOURCE: error code er 2

I dont want to guess a solution for this however, ERR2 represents EJECT. The description of this error is "The Eject is not available". Possibilities are, jammed mechanism or sticky eject button.

SOURCE: My Bmw 325 SE cd player wont work...but the radio is working

The carriage inside the cd player is half way in mode.  Which means the cd has to be removed mechanically.  In order to do this a qualified technition needs to dismantle it.  On some models there is a reset switch next to the eject button on he changer.  It will be very small.  like the size of a paper clip hole. push in with a pin.  Otherwise go to stereo shop

Look on ebay for an REC Joystick replacement. In the mean time you can hold down the middle button on the right side of the back of the steering wheel, where you can control the radio features. When you hold this button down, a little red wheel symbol appears on the navigation screen which means you can control the navigation system from the steering wheel controls. This works for simple tasks until you get the replacement joystick. They are about $30 and take about an hour to install.

I have a Chrysler 300 (2005) Tourning. The car will not crank up. The lights, and radio will turn on. Do you have any ideas?

Check the fuses first. Especially, look for a fuse for the starter or starter solenoid or just solenoid. If the fuses are all fine, make sure that the security system is being properly disarmed. i.e. are the batteries in the remote dead? is the key dirty or otherwise malfunctioning? if the alarm seems to be disarming properly, then it's time to troubleshoot the starter motor....

Brake lights on my 2005 chrysler 300 hemi c stop working

Could be the bulbs, fuse, or the brake 'plunger', a little module located behind the brake pedal that turns the lights on when the brake pedal is pressed.

I have a 2005 Chrysler 300C hemi and the malfunction indicator light came on. What should I do?

The malfunction indicator light(mil) can come on, if there is a problem in
1 or more of the vehicle's systems. Such as fuel/electrical or emissions.
To isolate the problem, the car needs to be scanned with an OBD II
(onboard diagnostic)scanner. You can stop by any of the auto parts chain store's(advance/auto zone/napa)and they will scan it for free.
Hope this helps.

This is an internal issue with the radio. As long as you don't suspect its intermitantly losing power then the only other option is the radio will need to be repaired or replaced. Replaced being the better choice.
