SOURCE: Blows fuses when parking lights are turned on. Headlights work fine even running lights.

If it only happens when you turn the switchto the parking lights then it is most likely the swich that is the problem. Light swich failure appears to be a common fault with fords

SOURCE: all brake lights suddenly stopped working changed bulbs park light fuse and cant find any blown fuses what else can it be

brake switch on the pedal bad.bad relay. do you have a second fuse box if so check it. look at the wiring see if it is frayed or chafed check the connections.check all the fuses not just the ones labeled brakes.switch the relay with one that you know is good like turn signal and see if the turn signal works then check brakes.use a 12 volt test light check the brake switch and probe the wires. hope this helped if not write back and i'll give you more ideas.

SOURCE: Would a blown fuse be the cause of a Dodge 1500 losing tail light

Hello. Definitely check the fuses, but also check the ground for the lights in the rear end as your symptoms could also be the result of a poor ground.

Ford transit van 2007 right hand parking lights not working

The left and right are typically fused separately with one side providing dash illumination and the other number plate lights, though there might be minor territorial variations, which is why the first point of reference should be the vehicle handbook.

There might be an override where when the ignition is off and the key removed the indicator stalk can select left or right hand parking lights.
Your van will not have an entirely conventional electrical system with most systems being switched by computer so there is a limit to how much an owner could or should attempt.

I have no park lights or dash lights head lights work and turn signals work

1. Check the Violet/White (VT/WH) wire of the headlight switch for hot-at-all-times power from fuse #20 (15 amp) of the Battery Junction Box (BJB). Also check the switch itself for power feeding park lights coming out of the switch.

2. Check the #20 fuse holder for a missing, blown, or poorly connected fuse.

3. If the fuse is OK, inspect the wiring harness on the driver side front corner where the main loom wraps from the BJB to the inner fender for corroded or broken wires

1997 ford contour tail lights won't work but brake lights do already changed bulbs what fuse is for parking light

There are 2 fuses, left and right, so I dont think both could be out? fuses. 33 and 35. make sure they have power on both sides of the fuse. If one side has power, its blown, if no power, the headlamp switch is bad, or bad connection. The RED/BLACK wires coming out of the headlamp switch go to those fuses. 33-35
