I need the replace the bulb for the clock on a 2006 Toyota 4-runner

The only bulb you can change would be for the night view, this would be the bulb that lights the back ground of the clock, most models have a replaceable bulb in the rear of the clock,, you will need to remove it and see if yours has a removable bulb, if not then clock must be replaced.

If your problem is that the clock does not work then check the fuses, all fuses and if they are good then clock will need to be replaced.

The odometer and clock light are not working. how do i fix this?

You will have to remove the clock to get access to change that bulb. As for the odometer, you will also have to remove the entire dash cluster, it's a one piece unit, to change that one bulb.

How do I change the bulbs in the head light assembly?

Access the bulb from the rear of the headlight assembly. Squeeze the clip, and turn it counter clock wise, and pull it out. Pull the bulb out, and replace. Be sure not to touch the new bulb with bare fingers. The natural oil on your fingers will cause the bulb to prematurely fail.

I want to change my headlights on a 1997 grand marquis

The headlights are a sealed unit. All you can change is the bulb, which is done from the rear of the headlight. You squeeze the nylon lock on the bulb socket, turn it counter clock wise, and pull the socket out. Then pull the bulb, and replace it. Be careful not to touch the new bulb with bare fingers. The natural oil on your fingers will cause premature bulb failure.
