First my turn signals would not work then work then finally stopped. Now my wipers won't work either. What should I check or replace from first to last.

Russell, are the wipers and signal on the same lever(switch), if they are the multi switch is probably bad and needs replaced. check links below to forums with the same issues you are having.

My windshield wipers won't work

1) Fuse located in the junction block inside vehicle.
2) The relay which is located in the PDC in the engine compartment.
3) The switch on the turn signal maybe bad

Note check your owners manual for correct fuse location in the junction block and engine compartment.

My 99 Durango won't start.

If you don't know for sure, you will need to figure out if it is a no spark or a no fuel pressure issue to proceed.
If it is a no spark problem, check the ASD relay and the coil for voltage and ground signal.
