Belt routing diagram for a 2005 dodge neon - 2004 Dodge Neon

The fuse you need is in the fuse box inside the vehicle. It will be behind a trim panel in the end of the dashboard with the vehicle door open. Check fuses 6 and 7. Some features in a vehicle share a fuse. **Note** ALWAYS replace a fuse with one the same colour and Amp rating.

You can go to Gates.com and plug in the description of the car. There should be a sticker on the hood or the radiator support too.

Go to autozone .com and sign up for free. You will then have access to repair manuals, parts prices etc. repair manuals with pictures, step by step repair info etc.

over p/s pulley,down to a/c pulley ,up to crankshaft pulley ,under tensioner pulley

Accessory serpentine belt routing: Alternator (1), idler pulley (2), P/S pump (3), A/C compressor (4), crankshaft (5), belt tensioner (6) and water pump (7)-5.7L engine

You will have to go to the tensioner pulley and put a wrench on that bolt and apply presure in the allowed direction and take the belt off...look first to see if there is a diagram of how the belt goes back on if there isn't write one down before you take the belt off...might be a good time to inspect the belt for cracks and replace as needed.
