What is the cause of the P0325 error code in a 2008 honda pilot? is the code related to the O2 sensor?

That is a knock sensor code. It is in the valley below the intake. Rodents like to eat the wires to it, look for that. The sensor can fail, too.

you'd need to drive with scan tool attached then see what code

can be lots of things.
bad fuel, partial clogged filter.
injector clogs. and other sensors errors.
and others, this is common rail injection system, right?
get a scan tool, and have it always ready. for fails.

"check engine" light flashing

Take the car to an autoparts store and have them scan the computer for fault codes. Most parts stores will do the scan for free. The check engine light is to alert you that the computer has identified a fault in one of the car's systems. Getting the codes will show what the computer noted, so a problem/potential problem can be addressed. Hope this helped and best wishes.
