How about the start solinoid? Try jumping the large terminals with a large screw driver and see if it turns over if so make sure there is 12 volts on the coil of the soinoid when you turn the key, if so replace the solinoid.
Make sure the fuel pump is kicking on it won't hurt to check the relay but I have never seen one bad yet it could be the plug on the plug on the end of the wires that plugs on the pump this run hot and it burns the ends alot several fuel pumps are replaced because of this make sure you have power at the pump if you can't hear it run it will only stay powered for a few seconds and then kick off. so you might need someone to turn it on while someone checks the power.
Ignition relay or fuse could be the problem. When you turn the key to start do you hear a fuel pump kicking on and or do you have spark when you hot wire the starter (I know it's hard to check while trying to start it)? You can email me back and I might be able to pinpoint it more.
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
If it's not turning over then the problem will be on the firing. If there's no current to the plugs, the engine won't fire up. Few things to look at to resolve the issue... First, the ignition coil can be faulty. Second, The ignition switch can be faulty. Third will be the starter. If it's faulty, it won't kick the flywheel. One good reason why it won't turn over.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
