You need a new blower motor or blower motor resistor

Testimonial: "Thanks, I don't think it's the resistors cause it should still work on high speed."

SOURCE: heater and ac blower

I have an '04 with approx. 79000 miles; the blower is going out on mine too. The motor is probably burned out and you will need to replace it. It's about $90 for the part. Kind of a pain to change; I changed the blower motor on my 97 'prix and I had to lay upside down on the passenger seat and work on it upside down. Other than a little physically uncomforable, not too hard to do.

The heater blower fan stopped working on my 1995 pontiac grand am, the circuit breaker is good, there was no malfunction of the blower at all prior to it just not working.

Sometimes the brushes in the motor will stick. The springs weaken over time and with the dust as the brushes wear may cause a contact problems. Try tapping ( not to hard ) on the blower motor. Sometime that will jar the brushes just enough to work. Even if it does start working you may still want to change it out.

Heater blower stops working

Hmm, a problem that I have not encountered before. My best guess is that some component within the heater setup is getting overheated and then it shuts off to avoid further damage. If the heater runs each time you start the car and then turns off during your travels, then this might be the case.

Secondly, there are circuit breakers located in the fuse box. These are silver and are about twice the size of a standard fuse. Unlike a standard fuse that blows once and is done, circuit breakers get hot and "trip". After they cool down the connection is made again. Look to see if a circuit breaker (sometimes labeled CB) is in the fuse box and serves the heater. You may want to get a new one.
