When you turn your steering wheel to one extreme or the other and it does this it usually means your differential is going bad and will soon have to be replaced. It can also usually be felt through the steering wheel as well. Depending on your driving habits it may have to be replaced sooner rather than later. Also check to make sure your tires are not wearing unevenly, which means they're either low on air or you need an alignment. Both of which can contribute to your problem.

2007 dodge caliber rt slap stick put new tires on 3 months ago driver side front tire is worn cant let off wheel car pulls bad to the right side of the road

The popping could be from a bad CV axle joint, or a bad wheel bearing. Better get checked, sounds very worn. Raise the wheel on a jack and watch for play. Grab wheel at 3 and 9 o'clock, and shake back and forth-watch for play. Wheel bearing? CV joint -is boot still good? Ball joints at bottom of wheel attaching point to the control arm-check this for play, too.

Hear a popping noise when i turn steering wheel?

This could be three things:
1. slop in your steering column.
2. Worn ball joints
3. Bent strut/s

I am not sure if the wheel bearing on the front end is broke. it makes a loud poping noise when turning and the wheel is towed in

Loud popping/grinding most noticeably heard when turning is normally a sign of a bad CV joint. Look under the van where the axle half-shafts come out of the transaxle and connect to the backside of the wheel assembly. Are the rubber boots on the axles torn or missing?
If you hear the popping only in left turns, your right CV joint is bad, If you hear the popping only in right turns, your left CV joint is bad.

My explorer makes a clicking/crunching sound in the front pass. side when i turn my wheel to the right.

possibly both front outer CV joints need replacing on drive shafts
usually clicking when turning right, mainly on take off means right CV outer end of drive shaft is shot.
have wheel bearings been inspected for wear?
jack up wheel
grab top and bottom of wheel and flex(shimmy) back and forth to feel if loose.

Popping sound from Chrysler Pacifica

it is called a clockspring.
the other thing to check is that the rear part of the steering wheel is clearing the column shroud properly.
call a few places in your area and how much it is to change the clockspring.
