Question about Lexus RX 330
I have a 05 RX 330- noticed water coming up thru the carpet. Took to Lexus dealership and they said its either coming in from the tail lights or the rear hatch- collecting under the spare tire and then sloshing forward....they want $600 to just find the leak not counting cost of repairs....any one help out ther?
You can find it your self, get water hose and water down then open to see where water is coming in,maybe use plastic to cover a section at a time, your lights have a rubber seal and the lid does too.

I brought my RX350 to the dealer for this problem before. They told me to inflate my tires to 36psi for winter time although the recommended pressure is 30 psi

on the backside of the light there should be a plastic access panel that you can gently pull off with a small flat-bladed screwdriver and then get to the light bulbs. if not, look for a small recess on the side of the lens cover itself.
