The easiest way is to actually remove the instrument cluster. You would have to have teenie tiny hands to get to the bad bulb from underneath/behind/and up to the bulb.
It is really not that difficult to remove the dash. If you go to your library you can take a look at a Chilton's or Haynes manual...or better yet, just invest in one from a parts store and it will tell you how to do it step by step.
