My 2007 Chevrolet Impala has some rear suspension problem. First noticed on snowy/icy road conditions traveling at 50 mph, the car was swaying, fish tailing with no traction. Later noticed when driving...

Replace rear shock absorbers.
Their function is to maintain contact between tires and floor. When they are worn the wheels spend too much time in the air without any traction.

My 02 chevy impala rubs when I turn the wheel, &scrapes when I go over speed bumps.

If you have rims that are to big or wide they will hit the guards as the suspension works... This is why from factory the car has room between the guard and the tire... If you have factory wheels i would recommend getting your suspension checked out as it may have sunk

I have a 2003 impala I just replaced my driver tier and it was balanced. And it is shaking bad over 30 stops when I go over 50 ??

DRIVE REAL SLOW LIKE 5 MPH ON FLAT GROUND. NO BUMPS PARKING LOT.LET GO OF THE STEERING WHEEL IF THE STEERING WHEEL ROCKS BACK AND FORTH. YOU HAVE A CORD SEPARATION IN A FRONT WHEEL IF YOU FEEL YOUR SET ROCKING. THEN ITS A REAR WHEEL. THE ONLY TO FIX A CORD SEPARATION IS TO REPLACE THE TIRE.

2002 Chevy Impala, the back end slides to the right when driving

Your shocks are probably blown. You can tell this by looking at the tell tell signs of the fluid stains coming from the top inside of shocks onto the outside of the lower part.
