First check all panel and underhood fuses and if all o.k you need a multifunction switch which operates all of mentioned componants.

I have a 2002 durango and my turn signals, high beams, hazardous lights and wind shield wipers stopped working altogether. I took it to auto zone and they checked my fuses and they said they were good! So...

Look around the battery and locate the negative battery cable, it should have a small wire that connects to the metal of the engine area. If all looks good there, I would suspect the turn signal combination switch being bad. This is a common problem on many

1997 mercury cougar turn signals work but hazard light will not come on.what could be the problem?

IN YOUR FUSE PANEL THERE ARE SEPERATE FLASHERS FOR YOUR HAZARD LIGHTS AND YOUR TURNS SIGNALS. I WOULD CHECK OUT YOUR FUSE PANEL. IT COULD BE POSSIBLE THAT YOUR FUSE IS BLOWN.

Turn signals and hazard light stop working inside and out of car,

Try this easy check. Press the hazard switch on and off about 20-30 times and see is it all starts working again. The contacs in the switch assembly get dirty and this will help clean them up from non use. Worth a try.
