Some analogue systems(older electronics) will not recognise the digital signal without a converter..consult an aftermarket installer about this or the dealer..

My radio has an aux button but the car does not have a jack for aux play? am i looking in right place or do i have to have one installed?

07 Ranger and Mustang were the first vehicles to come with a factory installed aux jack. All prior vehicles had to have one installed. I believe the Ford kit was called Trip Tunes.

Location of flashers on a 2002 ford ranger?

Hello tonymccoy
The flasher relay is located in the aux. relay box behind the left instrument panel. In case they are
not marked, there are 4 small and 2 large relays, the large relay closest to the end of the box is the
flasher relay. Hope this is helpful.

How do i connect my mp3 player to my 2007 ford ranger

Depends on the radio you have and if it has an "Aux Input" for an MP3 player. If you don't have an Aux-in then the easiest alternative is a Universal FM Transmitter that will work with any MP3 - Belkin makes them for less than $20.

I have a '05 Ford Ranger. I bought a camper shell that has a Third Brake Light and I would like to hook it up so it works when I apply the brakes. Hooking the camper shell 3rd Brake lights to the p/u brake...

there will be four wires going to your lights you will have to test each wire to see which wire is for the brake light and tap into that wire. on all ford rangers one bulb controls everything so you can't just hook it up thru your bulb so you will have to hookit up thru your wires. it's not that difficult but you will have to have a helping hand. and test till you find the one for the brakes only.
