PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GIVE SOME IMPUT SOLUTIONS FOR THIS 6.0 F POWERSTROKE ,2005 MODEL. TRUCK HAD A MISFIRE, I REPLACED SET OF 8 INJECTORS ,HIGH PRESSURE OIL PUMP SEALS, STC CONNECTOR AND PLUGS AND IP SENSOR SEALS. I CHECKED THE WHITE AMP FUSE LOCATED IN LEFT ENGINE COMPARTMENT. EVERYTHING SEEMS FINE. INJECTORS PULSE RATING BUT ENGINE WILL NOT START. INJECTOR MODULE REPLACED FUEL PRESSURE 45 PSI ON CRANK. OVER 2000 OIL PRESSURE ON CRANKING. TEST CODES ARE AS FOLLOWS, P- 1000 OBD SYSTEMS READINESS TEST. GEM/CENTRAL TIMER - NO RESPONSE FROM MODULE B1352- IGINITION KEY IN CIRCUIT- FAULT. B1360IGINITION SWITCH CIRCUIT-OPEN. B1352- MODULE MANUFACTUER SPECIFIC. B1342- ECU INTERNAL FAULT.

Hello.. looks like you are getting good fuel delivery. Is the fuel curve mixture on the scanner in specs? How is the timing, the timing chains on these engines will stretch and throw the timing off causing a ping and missfire -- a weak valve spring is something to consider. Also, the PCM may be faulty. I hope this helps.

the 6.5 and 6.6 diesel engines has electronic control pump.more likely the need diagnostic equiopment to reset injection pump timing before engine will start.
