Where is the TCC solenoid pack located on a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country?

Find the transmission dipstick tube. Follow it down to the transmission. Just to the right you will see a large connector. Under that connector is the transmission control solenoid.

2009 town and country transmission fluid, how do I check?

hi! check your owners manual which should be in the glove box. you can
google the same question to see where the trans dipstick is, it should
be in plain site, easy to see/reach. stop by a chrysler dealer, they will
gladly, i think, show you as they are always trying to be nice to win
potential customers!! good luck!! p.s.try a near by auto parts store,
such as autozone also. my nearby store is very helpful, again, to gain
sales in the future! also wal-mart will always help you!! i have recieved
some amazing service from wal-mart all over the u.s.!! jrr

2006 Chrysler T&C transmission leak

a bolt most likely vibrated loose and is letting transmission fluid leak out. try finding it and tighten it back up. or your dipstick housing is loose and the pressure is allowing fluid to leak out.

Adding Transmission Fluid

Get a funnel and pour in the transmission fluid where the transmission oil dipstick is. The plastic container with the yellow cap is probably your radiator fluid (engine coolant)

I have a98 town and counrty when you start it up the transmission whines and somtimes does not go into drive i pulled the dipstick and the fluid is full but their is rust onit?

sounds like the transmission pump is loosing its prime, thus it won't pump the fluid. i would recommend going to a transmission shop and having them connect their scan tool to tell you if this is the problem. chrysler 604 transmission pumps are notorious for failure. i have went through at 3 on my van from 80K-193K.
